Upper Potomac Fall Dulcimer Festival

The Upper Potomac Dulcimer Fest was started in 1988 to gather some of the finest and most inventive players of the hammered dulcimer together to share ideas, techniques and reportoire and to teach new players on the instrument.
The popular Fall Festival takes place in the heart of Shepherdstown, WV. The festival offers all day classes, as well as shorter 2-3 hour workshops. It usually takes place during the second weekend of September.
