Train Days at Uptown Station

The Miracle Strip Model Railroad Club have joined with Uptown Station to bring you the Annual Uptown Station Train Days – a festival of model railroading. Come and see at least 6 layouts. These range from Z scale which is really tiny through N, HO, and O Gauge to G (or Garden Scale) and Inch and a Half Scale which is REALLY big! See the trains and talk to the operators.

Also, The West Florida Railroad Museum from the Milton Depot will be there, as will The Alger-Sullivan Historical Society.

Trains by Johnson, the famous model store from Pensacola will have train display in case you want to get into the hobby.

The Uptown Station Mini Express Train will be running all day on both days giving rides around Uptown Station.

On Saturday morning there will be a Bake Sale in Central Park – in association with The Great American Bake Sale. 100% of the proceeds go to the effort of stopping childhood hunger.

On Saturday Evening – MOVIE NIGHT! A special train themed movie 587:The Great Train Robbery
