WV State Fairgrounds-Cecil H. Underwood Youth Center 3:30-7:30 PM. Free cocktail party, big screen TV viewing, music by Richard Hefner & The Black Mt. Bluegrass Boys, silent auction, Most Spectacular Derby Day Hat Contest, play for your favorite horse, & a Grand Prize drawing. $25 per ticket.
