GI Memorial Home (Historic)

At end of WWII returning veterans found an acute shortage of local homes. To relieve the problem, Charles Cannon had 100 prefabricated homes erected. One historic GI home has been preserved and furnished with heirlooms from 1945-50 era. Open first Sunday of month 2-5pm, Memorial and Veterans day. Group tours on request.
