Henderson-Vance Downtown Development Commission
The Downtown Development Commission works to preserve, develop and promote downtown Henderson. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the DDC is funded by annual contributions from local City and County governments. The DDC sponsors numerous downtown events such as the St. Patrick’s Day Chili Cook-off and Parade in March, Trick-or-Treating for kids in October, and the Christmas Parade in December.
