Hope Cemetery
Hope Cemetery was started late in 1874. More than 50 old soldiers and many of the first and best citizens are also at rest there.
Dr. G.W. McMillan, the first physician to reach the side of President Lincoln after he was shot, is buried in Hope Cemetery.
