Louis Vieux Cemetery

Oregan Trail followers can walk along actual trail ruts outside of Wamego and visit the Louis Vieux Cemetery near the banks of the Vermillion River. Louis Vieux, a Potawatomie Indian once operated the first ferry along the Oregon Trail here.
