Maxwell Springs

Maxwell Springs is believed to have been a water source for travelers through Nemaha County, including Pony Express riders. This is evident by the fact that many of the trails which have crossed Nemaha County all meet at this natural spring. Today, the springs are the water source for the City of Seneca.
