Personal D’Signs has been in Fremont, Ohio for 20 years. The owners Barbara Moran, Betty Love, and Ginny Schepflin have coordinated numerous fashion shows for clubs, churches, conventions, and corporations.
The Boutique specializes in special occasion dresses; mothers of the wedding; prom dresses; bridesmaids dresses and separates; Quinceanera dresses; casual and dressy sportswear; jewelry; bags; scarves and cosmetics.
