River Forest Manor and Marina
Located half-way between the Albemarle Sound and Neuse River, the River Forest Manor provides a marvelous respite where one can relax in Victorian splendor while being surrounded by modern facilities. Built in 1899 and converted to a restaurant country inn and marina in 1941, River Forest Manor’s amenities include a restaurant (featuring a world famous smorgasbord) and a complete full service shipyard and marina.
