Wake County Parks offers walking/riding trails & leisure activities such as picnicking, shelter reservations, mountain biking, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, playgrounds and horseshoes. There are open spaces for play area, and Blue Jay Point County Park has ballfields. The overnight lodge at Blue Jay Point offers Environmental Education retreats, while all other park facilities offer environmental programs which can be tailored for your specific group’s needs.
