In 1909, the Anti-Saloon League of America, a prominent national temperance organization, moved its headquarters and printing operation to Westerville, earning for the town the title "Dry Capital of the World." The museum traces the history of the movement and its effect on Westerville, the country and the world. Also on display at Westerville's Local History Resource Office are items from the John Kasich Congressional Library. The Kasich Collection includes biographical, travel, campaign and Republican Party files from Kasich's terms in the U. S.
