Ice Cream Tasting Festival

The sixth annual Ice Cream Tasting Festival from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Bring the whole family to sample the twelve specially selected flavors of Blue Bunny Ice Cream.  All proceeds benefiting the Western Illinois Museum.

Papa Don Mueller of The Old Dairy selected the unusual flavors for the event:
White Chocolate, Caramel Cluster, Vanilla Storm, Banana Split, Praline Pecan, Wildberry Sorbet, Butter Pecan (no sugar), Chocolate Caramel Cashew, Huckleberry, Peanut Butter & Fudge, Cotton Candy, Spumoni, and Bunny Track.
 
Across the street at the museum local artisan’s Jo Sanders and Barbara Brown will be on hand to demonstrate their craft.  Both are part of the current exhibit, Artisans and Their Crafts which is on display through August 8, 2009.
 
Advanced tickets for the Festival are available at the Western Illinois Museum
or The Old Dairy.  Tickets will also be available the day of the event.
 
The event is being sponsored by Blue Bunny Ice Cream, and The Old Dairy.
All proceeds benefit Western Illinois Museum’s collection and exhibition program.
