Sauerkraut Day

Oct
7

German entertainment, bingo, sauerkraut and wiener food. Sauerkraut Day truly is a festive occasion that has been going on since 1925. It is the closest you can get to a “harvest festival” in modern times. People attend from miles around, and frequently from other states.

Sauerkraut Day is not just from 11 am to 1 pm. It’s an “almost all-day” affair including Bingo, a Vendor Show at the National Guard Armory, and pie social at the Baptist Church. Mark your calendar for the 2nd Wednesday in October every year. Make it an annual trek to Wishek!
