Vermont’s Free Fishing Day Fishing Festival

A great opportunity to take the family fishing and create memories to last a lifetime. This is the one day in the year when residents and nonresidents may go fishing without having to buy a fishing license. Designed especially for youngsters, the fish festival offers instruction on basic fishing techniques, plus the unique opportunity for kids to catch trout in a pond on the property.
