Viva! Cinco de Mayo
Texas’ official state-wide Menudo Cook-off will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo Celebration in San Marcos, TX. Competitors throughout the state travel to Texas’ largest Cinco de Mayo celebration for a chance to win cash prizes and trophies for their best version of menudo. The festivities include a parade, live music, a beauty pageant, ballet folkloric, food vendors, carnival rides and more. Spectators can sample all the menudo they can handle for free.
