Events will take place in Washington’s City Park and include fireworks, food stand, volleyball, children’s fishing tournament, scotch golf, and more. Pre-registration required for volleyball and scotch golf. Washington Swimming Pool will offer FREE SWIMMING from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
