I will start by saying the 4-h exhibitors are a great bunch of kids in this county.
But the way it is run and the arena is in dire need of help. I found maybe five fence post broke off and just holding up the panels, they had popped of at different points and would cause serious ijury to a child or horse.
Then your horse superintindent needs to learn how to work an arena in difficult conditions.
It can be done. This county has alot of positive things in the 4-hers themselves, now the adults need to step up and give them a safe place to show there hard work.
