Sun Village is an age-restricted community in Surprise near Bell Road and Grand Avenue. Its par 3 golf course can be difficult with water coming into play on half the holes. The tree-lined fairways are fairly narrow, and all the greens are large and undulating, and some are multi-tiered. In addition, many sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design.
