The Ridges Country Club is located 4-1/2 miles East of Hayesville on Hwy 64. It is a championship golf course designed by Willard Byrd. "A challenging yet playable course that will be remembered for spectacular views from every tee, fairway, and green," states the architect. This course opened in Sept., 1992 and since become one of the best courses to play in Western NC. It is open for all to play at this time. Play Smoky Mountain golf as it was meant to be. Surrounding real estate available.

Clay County Courthouse

The Clay County Courthouse is located in the center of a quaint, tree-filled town square in Hayesville. Completed in 1889, it is an example of Venacular Italianate architecture. The Courthouse is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and is still in use today.
