The Fremont/Sandusky County Convention and Visitors Bureau was established in 1985 for the purpose of promoting tourism. The Bureau focuses its marketing efforts on leisure and group tour travel.
Each year the Visitors Bureau prints a visitors guide and packaged travel planner and maintains the county web site.
Bonnie & Cy's, a landmark in the Fremont restaurant scene, has a new owner. The restaurant is now called The New Bonnie & Cy's, and Ben
Fontana is the new owner. The same name was kept because of the restaurant's good reputation.

Rimelspach Market is one of Sandusky County's finest farm markets. Located on St. Rt. 53 and St. Rt. 12 assures easy access to the market.
The market features fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, candy and a wide variety of marinades and spices.

Rimelspach's Red Barn is a farmers market located just north of the Ohio Turnpike in Fremont, OH. Features include fresh produce, Amish baked goods, jams, cheese, candy and numerous craft items.
