Fray Garcia Monument

This 14-ft. bronze sculpture by John Houser honors the priest who founded the area's first mission. The statue, in Pioneer Plaza downtown, is the first in the series of "Twelve Travelers" monuments by Houser scheduled for various sites in El Paso.
