Event Details
We will begin celebrating the holidays in Oneonta on this day! Stroll the streets to check out the beautiful and creative ways that businesses have decked out their storefronts. Ring in the season of giving by checking out the local merchants who are hosting OPEN HOUSE to welcome you with refreshments and give you a chance to get a head start on your holiday shopping with a variety of merchandise and special deals! Feel the warmth of the season grow in your heart from the warm smiles of everyone you will meet!
Santa Claus will provide kids with a chance to tell him what they want for Christmas, and to pose for photos! A photographer will be on hand to take photos and provide you with CDs of all images before you leave! CDs are $10 per child/person. Or you can bring your own camera!
Santa will make a grand entrance! The Oneonta Fire Department will transport him on a shiny red fire truck to the Santa Station at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 7. Come and help us give him a warm Oneonta welcome!
