Held on the banks of the White River, Portfest features the Arkansas State Catfish Cooking Contest, Miller Spectacular carnival, family activities, food/arts & crafts vendors, bass fishing tournament, horseshoe pitching tournament, and live entertainment including John Anderson, Darryl Worley and Vince Neil of Motley Crue. Sponsored by the Newport Area Chamber of Commerce.
