The beloved holiday hit Frosty the Snowman inspired this brand new story by Catherine Bush. After a young orphan named Billy discovers magic in a hat, his snowman comes to life! Join Billy and Frosty as they embark on a New York City adventure and discover that the real magic of the holidays is love. Featuring original music by Mandy Williams and produced by The Barter Players from Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Va.
