When you hear bagpipes you can only think Scotland. Add a little Highland Dance to world-class bag piping and you have the Kansas City Scottish Highland Games taking place at the Wyandotte County Fairgrounds.

Celtic music and dance fill the air throughout the day. The children will love the storytelling and Scottish games, working sheepdogs and Clydesdale horses. If it's athletic competition you enjoy take in the caber toss - unbelievable. And if you have a bit of Scottish blood running through those veins do some family history research in the genealogy area.
