Event Details
Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts the Summer Shootout Series during June and July. In addition to a full program of Legend Car and Bandolero racing, the Summer Shootout Series includes special attractions, such as school bus race nights and a huge Fireworks Extravaganza Night! Racing action takes place under the lights on the quarter-mile oval located on the speedway's front straightaway. June and July.

Richard Petty Driving Experience
Ride. Three laps around the track. DRIVE. Programs range from an 8-lap rookie experiece to a 40-lap advanced racing experience(side-by-side racing, drafting, and passing). DRIVE AND PIT CREW. Ultimate racing's side-by-side racing/passing and rotation through pit crew duties.
