Remember October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Help us make this golf tournament a GREAT succes to honor cancer survivors and to remember those who have lost their battle. Prizes to be awarded after the tournament. First hole in one on #9 wins a new automobile donated by ValMark Chevrolet (all taxes will be responsibility of the winner. Other prizes will be awarded for longest drive and closest to the pin. Entry Fee is $300 per team or $75 per person (includes cart and lunch. Mulligans: $5 each, limit of 2.
