Event Details
Looking for a fun way to exercise? In need of a new hobby? Want to improve your athleticism? Try hula hooping. Hooping is a core strengthening, fat-burning, cardio workout, that is low impact enough that anyone can do it regardless of age, gender, and body type. Hooping will also improve your posture, balance, coordination, and reduce lower back pain, as well as increase your bone density and lean muscle mass. Not only is hooping a great exercise, it is also a popular form of dancing, in which the dancer puts together a series of tricks into a fluid motion that is mesmerizing to the viewer and the dancer. This workshop is taught by Boomtown Hoops instructors, who have been teaching hooping for fitness and dance for 3 years.
