The Scottish & Celtic Heritage Festival will feature day-long Scottish/Irish music and dancing; raffles including Scottish Dirk; children's activities; food; Celtic-themed vendors; storytelling; artisan demonstrations; Clan exhibits/history, genealogy; local history exhibits; bagpipers; Bonnie Knees competition and Pot of Gold Treasure Hunt. The festival hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m., at the Parkersburg (WV) City Park Pavilion. Tickets are $5 for adults, children 12 and under are free. 3rd Annual Mid-Ohio Valley Heritage Quilt Show Area quilters are invited to display quilts and wall hangings. Prizes for "Best of Show" and "People's Choice" provided by WesBanco. Limit of two (2) entries per person in separate categories. Quilt entries will be accepted march 14 & 15
