The Academy of Martial Arts Studies is a center for health and wellness that educates and enlightens. We have open enrollment, so the path to a less stressfull and more focused life lies but a phone call away.

At the Academy we offer only the most traditional studies in Japanese/Okinawan Goju-Ryu (Naha-Te), Wellness Lifestyles: Tai Chi - Low impact stretching and Meditation, Okinawan Kobudo (Weapons), & Street Smart Self Defense.

Our staff has over 120 years combined floor experience and our black belts staff is unparalleled. Let us show you the way to a more healthy and fullfilled life.

Swan House Tea Room & Shoppe

For 50 years, the 1865 home served as a family dwelling before it was converted into a tea room and was used for medical practices and apartments for 80 years.

In 1998, the property was purchased and fully restored back to a tea room where you can enjoy "proper tea."
