State Capital Publishing Museum

The State Capital Publishing Museum is located in the historic State Capital Publishing Company building constructed in 1902, one of the first structures in Oklahoma to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It houses a collection of original furnishings, vintage letterpress equipment; exhibits featuring the history of the first newspaper in the Oklahoma Territory, period printing technology, and other aspects of life from the territorial and early statehood era.
