West Valley Art Museum Explore a world of art at the well-respected West Valley Art Museum, presenting in its five exhibit halls an exceptional offering of artists and collections from around the globe.

The Museum's Permanent Collection contains over 4000 items from more than 90 countries with a key focus on Ethnic Dress, Textiles and Ethnographic Arts. Our collection of Ethnographic Artifacts and Decorative Arts encourage understanding of unfamiliar regions of the world, their peoples, customs and artistic traditions.

West Valley Art Museum's 19th and 20th Century fine art collection contains 213 paintings, 312 drawings and 302 prints by American artists with a growing focus on artists from Arizona.

he Museum's Classic Café is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, is a 2003 Best of Phoenix winner, touted as having "the most inventive Museum menu in the Mountain Time Zone."

Visitors can create a lasting impression with gifts purchased from the Museum Store, offering the discriminating buyer items from around the world.

The Museum is a significant institution for education. It encourages, provides and enables intergenerational learning where the mixing of education, age, gender, nationality, and race becomes a strong asset in this shared learning process.
