Fairytale Brownies Factory Fairytale Brownies is a delicious Phoenix attraction you'll want to put on your 'to do' list. Visitors can watch the baking process through the retail viewing windows, sample the flavor of the day and purchase brownies. Co-owners and longtime friends Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz founded the direct-mail gourmet brownie business in 1992 using a secret Kravetz family recipe. Brownies are sold in 3 sizes and 12 Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate flavors. Choosing a favorite flavor is an event of its own!
