One of Emporia's premier attractions, it proudly recognizes and honors outstanding teachers K-12. The Hall includes tributes to some of the best teachers in America, and galleries with cultural and artistic exhibits of general interest. Behind the NTHF is a park with a paved walking path that loops around a small pond.

The Hall of Fame yearly recognizes five outstanding PreK-12 educators.

Attractions and Upcoming Events

The First Presbyterian Church

Designed by Charles W. Squires and built in 1897. The limestone block construction with multiple towers and large mitered, arched stained glass windows is typical of the Victorian influence. This church is an example of the Richardson Romanesque style.
