City Parks Westmoreland has beautiful parks that include Dechairo Park and the American Legion Park. Dechario Park is situated on the East side of town along Highway 99 and includes a picnic shelter and a walking path to the City Swimming Pool. The American Legion Park is conveniently located on Main Street.

Westmoreland City Pool

The Westmoreland City Pool was constructed in 1991. Swimming lessons are available in the summer and the pool can also be rented for private parties. Adjacent to the pool is a shelter house and playground, all of which are part of Dechairo Park.
