Pittsburg State University has four colleges consisting of many reputable and outstanding academic programs: If you are interested in pursuing a career in the medical area, being a T.V. broadcaster, an art therapist, interior designer, or even a French teacher… then the College of Arts and Sciences is for you! Of course, these majors are just the tip of the iceberg. There are more than 50 degree programs in this college alone!

If the term "banker's hours" is appealing, or maybe the computer nerd in you is ready to explore the computer science degree, then you want to check out our College of Business. There are excellent undergraduate and graduate programs in this College. BIG NEWS!!! The Kelce College of Business was officially AACSB accredited last April. This accreditation is very important to employers around the world and will greatly enhance our academic reputation.

Are you aspiring to be a psychologist? Or something exciting like a recreation therapist? Maybe you want to be an elementary education teacher. The College of Education offers many reputable programs if working with people young and old is the career for you!

Last, but certainly not least, is Pitt State's famous College of Technology. The state-of-the-art Kansas Technology Center is a must see facility! These programs which include engineering technology, commercial graphics, automotive, technology education and several others, offer a high job placement rate and starting salaries to our graduates nation-wide.
