Approximately 2-mile-long swimming beach with salt marsh and bird watching. This fine white sand beach is great for families with small children because is sheltered from the larger waves by islands. Limited parking. Parking permit required from the Town of Kennebunkport from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Permits may be purchased daily, weekly or seasonally.
