The City Hall was built in 1918 of brick over tile and partly from rubble from the previously burned building.

The ground was raised about 3 feet before the new building was built.

The front second floor room was built for a Billiard Room. There are designed parquet floors on the first floor and stained glass windows. There is a back staircase for access to the maid's room.
