We at Stemmerman's take the pleasure of introducing to you our facility located in the Von Kampen Building, which is situated in the Heart of Wilmington's bustling Downtown Historic District.Stemmerman's Inn boasts some of Downtown's finest, most comfortable and inviting efficiency suites. The Von Kampen Building (circa 1886) is one of Wilmington's last-standing Victorian facades. Within moments one can find the River's Boardwalk, Market & Front Streets, and people, places, and things to do. A little imagination only adds to the eclectic charms of our Historic District. The Cape Fear Coast is one of the last and most beautiful natural seashores. Take a swim in the waves, soak up some sun, or take lunch, dinner and/or a cocktail at one of our oceanfront restaurants. No matter what your choice, just relax and enjoy the day(s).
