Blue Ridge Parkway

The 469-mile parkway intersects Asheville at US25, 70 and 74, and NC191. Craggy Gardens (MP 364, 25 miles north of Asheville) is an area with hiking trails, picnic sites and a visitors center. The Linn Cove Viaduct (MP 304) is an engineering marvel that wraps around Grandfather Mountain.
