Secluded cottage / efficiency overlooking two streams and waterfall. Its 12 x 23 foot covered porch is right on the river and has 2 double porch swings and a picnic table. We even have our own private bridge crossing the river just off the back porch. Our several acre property has a privacy fence.... so small pets are welcome and can run free.
