This first industry of the West involved Native Americans with trappers and traders of several nationalities. The Bordeaux Trading Post, built in 1837, stands on the museum grounds.


Admission: Admission for non-members $2.50 adults, 15 & under free when accompanied by an adult, otherwise $1.
