The Clay Center Public Library has offered library service to the Clay Center Community for over 75 years. The building
was built with funds donated by the Carneige Foundation.


The Library has been certified by the Nebraska Library Commission.
Internet connections, popular videos, best seller books, computer classes are some of the services available to card holders.
The childrens library supports a strong summer reading program for elementary students. Books featured are the Golden Sower
books, Accelerated Reader books, and many picture books.



Hours: Library hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:00pm to 6pm
Wednesday 3:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday 11:00am to 4:00pm.
