Located in a finely restored 1920s high school building, exhibits focus on Carson Valley including Basques, Washo, pioneers, industry, ranching and farming in permanent, changing and youth galleries. Includes a gift shop, research library, and meeting rooms.


Admission: Adults $3 or admission to both Carson Valley Historical Society sites for $5; Youth 6-18 $2 or admission to both sites $3.
Hours: Tue-Sat 10:00-4:00 year around except major holidays.
