The New Washington Tour consists of stopping at Herald Printing Co. to experience the printing of materials of all types. Herald Printing, prints the BTVB brochure, items for the Cleveland Browns, etc. Very interesting. Then we go to Wurm Products to learn the molding of boat parts. Lunch may be enjoyed at the KOA Lodge and then stop by the C. E. White Co. to learn how bus seats are made.
A wagon tour at Elk Ridge Game Farm is quite an experience ...from the pheasants to the different types of grasses grown just for upland hunting. During September and October a tour of the Iron Springs Farm Corn Maze is great...all the different animals they have to see plus the fall beauty and finding yourself wandering thru the corn maze is really fun. Stop for a treat at the Dutchtown Daribar and even sit a while in the downtown gazebo right next door. New Washington is also home of the Hatchery Festival in July. One small village with big city attractions. New Washington Tour is a day you will always remember!
