Clendening Lake Camping

Clendening Lake Camping Camping at Clendening Lake is available April - October. The marina campground accommodates up to 100 campers with showers, electric hookups, and modern restrooms available. The marina also operates efficiences and full hook up RV sites (up to 45 ft. RVs). (740) 658-3691.

Dam site camping includes 80 sites (class B with and without electric) which will accomodate RV's up to 35 feet. A picnicking and playground area is available.

Federal Recreation passes such as Golden Age, Golden Access, or America the Beautiful - National Park and Federal Recreation Lands Access Passes are not honored at MWCD facilities, but anyone over the age of 60 or those who have a Golden Buckeye Card receive a 10% discount.

Fishing is permitted at the Clendening Lake Day Use Area and below the dam. Universally Accessible Facilities are provided at the Day Use Area on a seasonal basis (April - October).

There is a 10 horse power limit on all boats on Clendening Lake. A Public Launch ramp for the boating enthusiasts and fishermen is available near the Clendening Lake Dam year round. The Clendening Marina operates April - October. (740) 658-3691
