Rocky River Public Libray is an independent library that houses the Cowan Pottery Museum, a unique collection of over 1100 pieces of art deco pottery originally created in the Rocky River community in the 1920's. Included are world class ceramic scuptural works by leading artists of international recognition, including Viktor Schreckengost.
