Mad River & Creekside Recreation Trails

The Mad River & Creekside Recreation Trails are among the 25 facilities within Five Rivers MetroParks, located in the Greater Dayton area.

Downtown Dayton is linked to Xenia through this trail system.  The Mad River Recreation Trail (approximately 2.8 miles) runs from RiverScape MetroPark to Eastwood MetroPark where users can pick up the Creekside Recreation Trail (approximately 5.8 miles) that joins with Greene County's Creekside Trail at the county line along U.S. 35.  The Mad River Recreation Trail extension to Huffman MetroPark is in the planning stage.

Recreation Trails -- Your Road to Adventure...

Bike, hike, run or in-line skate on scenic paved trails.  There are over 70 miles of trails built and maintained by Five Rivers MetroParks, Miami Conservancy, and local municipalities.  They provide recreational fun for all ages -- and even an option for the bicycle commuter.  For a Recreation Trails map and guide, call 937-275-PARK.
