Our rivers are a wonderful asset, providing wildlife habitat, recreational opportunities, and scenic beauty that enrich our community.  Five Rivers MetroParks is working to protect our rivers and their quality by identifying crucial areas along rivers and working with landowners to develop plans to protect these areas.

The Wolf Creek Recreation Trail is one of 25 facilities within Five Rivers MetroParks, located in the Greater Dayton area.  The longest continual stretch of this trail is the western segment, which runs approximately 13 miles from Trotwood to Verona on an abandoned railroad right-of-way.
